• All purchases are subject to our refund and cancellation policies outlined within the app at the time of purchase.

All content, design elements, graphics, code, trademarks, and logos associated with Havana are the property of its creators and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Havana and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
